Keystone State Games Indoor Soccer Tournament – March 9th & 10th

The 2013 Annual Keystone State Indoor Games is just around the corner. March 9 and 10 to be exact.  This is always a great indoor soccer event and will once again be hosted in Central PA by Lanco Fieldhouse in East Petersburg, PA. Currently there are still some openings for teams. So if you were thinking of entering a team. There’s still a chance! Here’s a list of how many teams are registered and how many slots are open.

18+ Female 9 teams –  1 more team
30+ Female A Division 3 teams –  2 more teams
30+ Female B Division 10 teams – closed
30+ Male 4 teams –  2 more teams
40+ Female 7 teams –  1 more team
40+ Male 9 teams –  1 more team
50+ Male 10 teams – closed
60+ Male 4 teams – closed
Open Male 3 teams - 2 more teams

Fall PickUp Soccer

There are some changes to the PickUp page for the fall. We’ve added Tuesday nights behind the Villa Nova on Harrisburg Pike Lancaster. There’s still pickup on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Wyomising.

CASA CLASSIC Adult Tournament – Labor Day Weekend

CASA is expanding their Labor Day Tournament to include an Over-30 and Over-40 division.  Please see below for info and registration instructions (registration is now open). The following are answers to previous questions:

1. If you don’t have a team send Eric your contact information if there is enough interest they will put together a tournament team.

2. We are only having an over 30 and over 40 division, woman are welcome to play, but we are not having a “coed” or “female” division. (maybe next year)

3. Most adult games should not conflict with youth games, if you have a child playing or you are a coach let me know and we will do our best to eliminate conflicts.

4. Must be over 30 (or over 40) before September 1, 2012.

Adult Division Tournament

Age Groups:
Over 30 & Over 40

Date:
Labor Day Weekend, September 1-2, 2012

Highlights:
All Games will have 3 person Referee crew
All Teams Guaranteed at least 3 Games,  Game duration will be two- 30 minute halves, final games will be two- 45 minute halves.

Location:
Games will be held at CASA/CAPA Soccer Complex located Ranger/George Park Fields, 6003 Jonestown Rd. Harrisburg, PA 17112

Registration:
Fee $300 – Deadline August 15th

Recreational Adult Soccer Tournament – “Be a Fan of the Games”

Adult Soccer Tournament, August 27, 2011
This is a 6 v 6 tournament (5 players + keeper) and each team will have a minimum of 4 games and every player will receive a t-shirt (maximum of 12).

Lot’s of divisions:
Women: Over 30/40*/Open – 7am – 3pm
Co-ed: Over 30/Open – 1pm – 7pm
Men: Over 30/40*/Open – 5pm – 10pm

Watch the Special Olympics Athletes compete! Check out the Raffle and Silent Auction Items.
Proceeds of tournament and donations will be used to help pay for the athletes to attend the Special Olympic Games and this year they will be used for the purchase of NEW uniforms!

* 2 players 37-39 allowed on over 40 teams
* Recreational and competitive leagues!!

The Adult Soccer Leagues – EPASL (Eastern Pennsylvania Adult Soccer League) Start This Weekend. Over 30s have their first game on Saturday, April 9th and Over 40s have their first game on Sunday, April 10th.

EPASL Meeting: Men’s Over 30, Over 40, Over 50

The startup meeting for spring will be Wednesday, March 2 at 7:00 at the Reading Liederkranz, 143 Spook Lane, Reading.

This meeting is for team captains only. Over 30, Over 40 and Over 50.

Please bring a check for your spring participation- $25 for Over 30, and $35 for Over-40 teams.

We’ll be posting info about the upcoming spring season as soon as we have it.
