Tonight’s LCBC Over 18 Games Rescheduled for Next Monday

All for the LCBC Over 18 Summer League games were postponed this evening due to thunderstormlcbc summer soccer. All games have been rescheduled for next Monday, August 8th, 2011. Please read the message below from LCBC:

“Thank you all for understanding the decision to postpone tonight’s first round of playoffs due to the thunderstorms that were creeping around the Manheim area this evening.

Just to make sure everyone is clear, please read the following points:
  • We will be rescheduling the games that were not able to be played tonight for next Monday night (Monday, August 8th, 2011) and the schedule will be exactly the same as it was supposed to be tonight.  [In other words, on Monday, August 8th, 2011, plan to utilize the exact same playoff schedule as you had planned on using tonight].
  • The “2nd round” of playoffs we take place the following Tuesday night (Tuesday, August 9th, 2011).  That schedule is yet to be determined and please, please, PLEASE make sure to check your email on Monday evening/Tuesday morning of next week to see who you play/where, etc.
  • In the event that another postponement were to occur for whatever reason, that night’s games would be bumped back one night.  {i.e. – if next Monday’s games are postponed, we would simply play Tuesday and Wednesday; if Tuesday’s games are postponed, we would simply play Wednesday}.
I realize that this is tough as many of our teammates may have conflicts on Tuesday (or, heaven forbid we have to do it – Wednesday) night but perhaps notifying them now will allow ample time for them to free up that time.”
